Getting There by ORT

When ORT service is available to help you reach a resource, transportation information will be shown in red beneath that resource. Depending on the location, you may see a Fixed Route, On Demand, both or neither. Resources without ORT service are still included in this guide so you can be aware of other services available in your community.

Fixed Route

When a Fixed Route is listed beneath a resource, that route has a bus stop approximately a 10-minute walk or less from the resource location. Fixed Route schedules and service hours vary by route and day. Before traveling, make sure the route is operating when you need to travel to the resource and back. Use the Route Maps & Schedules button at the bottom of this page to check route maps, schedules, and service hours.

On Demand

When On Demand is listed beneath a resource, the location is within that city's ORT On Demand service area.

On Demand Service Hours:

• Rogers: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–6:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–9:00 PM; Saturday, 4:00–9:00 PM

• Bentonville: Saturday only, 12:00–9:00 PM

• Springdale: Saturday only, 11:00 AM–9:00 PM

• Fayetteville: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–8:00 PM; Friday, 6:30 AM–9:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM–9:00 PM

Please keep in mind that On Demand rides are not guaranteed. Ride availability depends on current rider demand and vehicle availability. Your On Demand driver will not wait for you at the resource. You will need to book a trip to the resource and then request a separate return trip when you are ready to leave. A return ride may not be immediately available, so please plan accordingly. Use the On Demand button at the bottom of this page for more information about using the service.

Plan Ahead

Community resource hours and ORT service hours may not always align. Whether you are using Fixed Route or On Demand, please check your transportation options for both your trip there and your trip home before leaving. For additional Fixed Route trip planning, you can also use Citymapper to enter your starting location and destination and explore available transit options.
