Purchasing a Physical Bus Pass

Perfect for frequent riders—this digital 10-trip pass lets you bring up to 5 riders for just $0.60 per trip. You’re getting ready to purchase a physical bus pass. If you prefer not to wait for a pass to arrive by mail, you may choose to purchase an e-pass instead or add a debit or credit card to your ORT On-Demand app for quicker access to rides.

Community Care Discount

Ozark Regional Transit offers a Community Care Discount for riders with a verified disability and those over the age of 60. If you believe you qualify, please purchase the pass at the discounted rate.

Verification is required and will occur:

  • At in-person pass pickup, or

  • During your first ride, when the driver verifies eligibility.

What Does It Mean to “Pre-Purchase” a Bus Pass for On-Demand Trips?

When you pre-purchase trips using a physical bus pass, you will select “Pay In-Person” when booking your on-demand ride. The driver will hole-punch your bus pass at pickup.

When booking a trip, you will be given two payment options:

  • Pay via App

  • Pay In-Person (physical bus pass)

Pre-purchasing passes may be helpful for parents purchasing passes for students, or for riders who prefer not to store payment information within a mobile app.
