What is an E-Pass?

An electronic pass lets you preload trips and use them for On-Demand service when booking rides in the ORT On-Demand app or linking to your ORT account.

Where does it work?

On-Demand service is available in East Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville.

How to Purchase

Step 1: Choose Your Pass

  • Tap “Add to cart” on the pass you want.

 

Step 2: Fill In Your Details

  • Enter First & Last Name, Email, Phone Number for account linking. 

 

Step 3: Complete Checkout

  • Confirm purchase, then use the pass in your ORT On-Demand app or linked account.

After Purchase:
What Happens Next?

Option A
 E-Pass (Digital): Trips are added to your ORT account - ready to use in the app or linked to your on-demand profile.

 

Option B
Physical Pass (Paper): Choose mail delivery or pick up at ORT office on 2423 E. Robinson Ave. Springdale, AR.
