Whether you're a seasoned rider or new to public transportation, we're here to help you make the most of our services. Follow these simple steps to embark on your journey:

Step 1: Plan Your Route

The first step in using the ORT fixed-route bus system is to determine your desired route. Visit our website, use our live bus tacker app PassioGO!, or Google Maps to access route maps, schedules, and trip planning tools. Identify the bus stop closest to your starting point and destination, and familiarize yourself with the route details, including stops and estimated travel times. Step 2: Locate Your Nearest Bus Stop

Once you've identified your route, find the nearest bus stop to your starting location. ORT fixed-route buses operate on designated routes with designated stops, making it easy to locate a stop near you. Check the posted schedule on our website under routes and schedules or our live bus tracker via our PassioGO! App.

Step 3: Board the Bus

When the bus arrives at your designated stop, ensure that you are visible and signal to the driver that you intend to board. As you board, find your seat and remember your next stop. If you have any questions or need assistance, don't hesitate to ask the driver.

Step 4: Fixed Route Fare

ORT offers affordable fares, and our fixed routes are all $0 fares! Simply walk on the bus. We do not require a pass or ID card to use our fixed routes buses.

Step 5: Enjoy Your Ride

Once on board, find a seat and relax as the bus takes you to your destination. Enjoy the scenic views and the convenience of letting someone else do the driving. If your stop is approaching, signal the driver in advance by pulling the wire tab near the window closest to you. This will alert the driver that you’re ready to depart.

Step 6: Exit the Bus

Once you’ve notified the driver, begin to gather your belongings, and exit the bus through the door most conveniently located to you. Remember to thank the driver as you exit and check for any personal items before leaving. If you’ve forgotten something call 479-756-5901 immediately and press 3. That will connect you with our dispatchers.

Step 7: Stay Informed

Download our live bus tracker PassioGO! App to stay updated on route changes, service alerts, or closures. We're here to keep you informed and make your transit experience as smooth as possible. Remember to follow  @OzarkTransit on social media and visit our website regularly.
