We (Ozark Regional Transit) regularly self-evaluate and work to improve the way we serve our Northwest Arkansas community. Working closely with our city officials we believe offering a limited route 490 Express in lieu of discontinuing route 490 express, will assist us in keeping our commitment to our residents. We mention "in lieu of discontinuing 490" because we do have limited funding. Our board, executive director, operating staff, and city officials work tirelessly to stretch every dollar to help keep services running.
