On our buses that have two doors, please board the bus from the front door, and exit the back door.
Let the driver know you want to get off the bus one block ahead of your stop. You can do this by verbally announcing your stop to the driver or pulling the cord next to the window.

When an existing bus stop is located within a construction zone, we will not pick up at that location, riders will need to make their way to the nearest bus stop location outside the construction zone.
If you pull the stop cord for a bus stop and it is located inside a construction zone, our drivers will let you off at the soonest safe drop point after they have cleared the construction zone.
