What does it mean to "pre-purchase" a bus pass for on-demand trips?
If you pre-purchased trips you will select "pay in-person" our drivers will hole punch this bus pass. When you book your on-demand trip, you'll be given the option "pay via app" or "pay in-person".
 
This could be useful for parents purchasing passes for students or if a rider does not want to store their payment information within an app.
 
Delivery: You may pick up your bus pass in our front office during regular business hours or you may select mail option and Ozark Regional Transit Authority will mail your bus pass.
 
You may also purchase these passes in-person at our offices 2423 E Robinson Ave. Springdale, AR.
